Built-in Scanner
TalliScan handsets have built-in laser-style barcode scanners capable of reading both 1D and 2D barcodes.
Simply scan the bin barcode and place the bin on the scales. The handset then works out the quantity of parts without removing them from the bin.
As the whole system is wireless, counting is easily performed alongside stock shelving achieving a bin throughput of under 10 seconds.
Handset count records are sent live to a central database and can be easily exported for comparison with your MRP/ERP system.
